Serdar Akyol
He has been preparing graphical designs, plans, projects and three dimensional models for international construction and design companies. With his important professional accumulation, he prepares real-like models of all projects and amplifies the presentations. The projects become clearer and more comprehensible with the three dimensional models designed from different angles. Serdar Akyol is now holding the post of 3D Modelling Expert of Design and Proposal Deparment.

Joerg Wehner
Since 1995, he has been working as instructor, sitemanager and supervisor in the field of tensile membrane structures. He is skilled and has hands on experience especially in PVC, PTFE, ETFE, cable net, pneumatic systems and steel structures. Currently, he is a member for the Master Course at the Institute of Membrane and Shell Technologies (IMS), Anhalt University, Dessau.
He has participated in building of numerous landmark projects such as:

Onur Çelik
Graduated from Bilkent University and pursues his academic practices in Hacettepe University. He was appointed to significant managerial positions in the iron and steel works and marble sector. He participates in the strategical management of Onart Membrane Structures and coordinates the Business Development activities. Since his appointment to this post, he put his signature under major marketing and organizational tranformations.

Rana Dirin
She started her entrepreneur life after graduating from the Faculty of architecture of 9 Eylul University in 1990. Through years of her professional life, she carried out many times projects in the name of her business.Her in-depth knowledge on Textile Architecture led to successfully accomplish all unique and customer based membrane projects. Presently, she is effectively leading ONART’s design team and quotations.

Müfit Eribol, MSC, MBA
He graduated from the Mechanical Engineering Department of METU in 1980. He took part in the academic team of METU during and after completing his MSc program. He worked as manager for various projects of international construction companies. The MBA program, he completed at the University of Wollongong, Australia, improved his capabilities in management career. His analytical thinking, leadership capacity, methodical approaches to problem solving and commitment set up the strategic aspect of ONART.

Prof. Dr. Ramon Sastre
Prof.Dr. Ramon Sastre is the founder of UPC (Technical University of Catalonia) and ONART initiative. He is the Professor of the E.T.S Arquitectura del Vallès. He has been researching, teaching and working in the field of tensile membrane structures for almost 30 years. He is currently leading the team on behalf of the Technical University of Catalonia for the tensile membrane projects undertaken by UPC-ONART initiative. He has completed many international projects in the capacity of Tensile Structure Consultant. He has also numerous academic publcations and software in the field of lightweight structures.
